twmmy said...: OK, I love Twilight saga very much, but think the films have no enough power to hold the interest for more 2 years and 3 months. I love Rob, so I will see them, but what the Summit hope ? The twi fans get older so a 13 age rated movie will not be enough for them, and the next teens will be interested in another anything. Do the Summit think: it is another HP? But there are another vampire stories and they have more actions more sex.....I dont think it is a good idea.; August 3, 2010 at 4:18 PM

ITA. I will only see the first part because it has the wedding and honeymoon. I already think the saga is starting to wane. Eclipse was only #1 for one week and it opened in more movie theaters than any other movie and it is already out of the top 5 movies this past weekend. It is a shame that Summit did not film it as New Line did with Lord of the Rings. They should have filmed all of them at once, and for the main reason, the actors are getting older than their characters and it shows on some of the actors. I truly believe that BD will not be nearly as successful as New Moon or Eclipse. I will still be interested in Rob and see most of his movies, except for BD #2 but due to how the Saga was written and directed and even acted I lost alot of interest in the Saga. Rob's future film projects outside of the Twilight Saga is what I am interested in at this time.; August 3, 2010 at 4:47 PM

JA said...: @Iluvthemovies, in defense of eclipse, it's doing better than NM did...for the same time period. twilight films have HUGE drop off percentages. people that want to see them, see them opening day/wnkd. although i loved BD, i agree, i don't think it will do as well as eclipse/NM. there are a lot of moms that i know that won't be letting their girls see that one quite yet. but by 2012, they just might be old enough! to replace that age group, maybe a whole new crop of women will come on board. :); August 3, 2010 at 4:58 PM

I do agree with Eclipse doing better than New Moon and about the drastic drop off percentages, I mention it due to the amount of theaters Eclipse was released into. I do think that the other problem with BD is many Twilight Saga fans found this the last book a disappointment, that is why I am only seeing Part 1. However, I do agree that the subject matter is more mature but they are leaving it a PG-13 movie. The only other problem I foresee for this movie is if they release it in 3D. I have read many fans do not want it in 3D. If nothing else it will be an interesting journey as to how this movie will be filmed and received.; August 3, 2010 at 6:23 PM

She said she had read some information about why it took so long for the studio to release the third part of Pirates of the Caribbean. She said that they filmed both two and three and then it took them a long time to do the special effects for the third movie. She said that maybe they will need a lot of time to get the special effects for Renesmee and Bella's shield just right. I hope that they will do a good job on that so that the movie will be great. Some of you may not agree with me, but Breaking Dawn is my favorite book of the Twilight Saga. I am disappointed that I will have to wait so long for the last movie, but if it means that they do a great job on the movie it is worth the wait.; August 3, 2010 at 11:14 PM

I can't wait to see bella's before vehicle(i hope they will show it), the wedding, honey moon, Cesarian and finally Renesmee and Bella the Vampire and her 1st kiss with Edward after becoming a vampire..I think that should cover
1st BD..2nd should start with the first hunting trip of Bella with Edward..

what do you guys think about 1st BD ending section and 2nd starting..?

I would also like to see the second movie be in 3-D to show how everything looks different to Bella when she is a vampire. That first kiss with Edward and Bella after she becomes a vampire is one of my favorite scenes in Breaking Dawn. I love it when she says you've been holding out on me. And i love the first book. but i have so many problems with the imprinting thing, specially beween jacob and renesmee. and i must argue with that opinion - the fifth part need time to make the special effects. - what special effects ? no fighting, no flying, nothing extreme -only a fast growing baby. and anything else maybe written in the script will go far from the sory . and i can't imagine the script-writer can write a good script( what is her name?yeah, melissa rosenberg).i think if we see inside deep ourselves the scripts are simples and are far from good.i need to say - i love Twi saga for the love, not for the actions and spec effects. and i miss the love very much from eclipse. and i blame ds for not showing edward's face when he talks, the camera moves from him always. i've seen the movie for the fifth time yesterday and it was the first time i've focused only for Edward. i do understand that the story is from bella's view, but need to say the women don't go to the theatre for bella's two nice eyes. and there are not so wide interest in the male population for the film as summit hoped. and there will not be. i hoped the saga wil end soon for Rob's sake. Your English is good. ITA with everything you said and I have mentioned it on previous posts. I hope in 10 to 20 years, they will remake the Saga like it was meant to be made. That they don't emasculate Edward, that Bella actually shows how she loves this vampire and that the powers at the studios have the (balls) to not worry about catering this movie towards a male audience. I never hear about a movie that is aimed towards men; lets see how we can get females into the audience. I support Robert, I did when I first saw him as Cedric Diggory and told my friends at that movie, he would be a big star, I never knew how big. And like you I am excited to see Bel Ami and WFE as soon as they are released into the theaters plus any future projects that Robert will be filming. The only film I am bypassing is BD#2. well i love this discussion tks @OCD56!! tho i have read bd only 2 times so i don't remember everything i totally remember the first vampire bella kiss and i think that that part should be in the sec part of bd. i actually the idea of bd 1 ending when bella opens her vampires eyes for the first time...so exiting!! i can hardly wait!!

If you can drag your heiny here to the states I will book you a nice room at a nice hotel, I have contacts, and I am certain Mrs. Deen and I would show you a real good time. Have you been to the states before? Of course we would want Twilightnan here as well it wouldn't be the same without you. That would be the only way you could get me to see that movie in a movie theater. We could have ladies night as they did for the Eclipse Premiere, groups of women and girls having fun while waiting for the premiere of Eclipse. That would be fun and we would most definitely be certain you would have a good time. I would like sometime in the future to visit the UK and Argentina, turn around fair play. The only countries I have visited is the one above me (Canada) and below me (Mexico). I guess now we will have the drought of no filming for Rob. I am very happy he will get his rest, they have these rumors going around that he is on the verge of a nervous breakdown, anything to sell or to put hits on a website.
